In a beautifull typically Alsacian village, located in the heart of the best vineyards and the well know route des vins (the wine trail), we propose our lodging. It is a joint Alsacian house dating from the 17 th century, having been arranged with all the comfort, and approved by the Gîtes de France in 2000.(French Lodging)
Your lodging will be the starting point for many excursions to discover an exceptional touristic environment.
lt is located on the east slopes of the Vosges, in the limit between vineyards and forest. The pedestrian lowers will be excited by the number of marked paths to explore the whole Vosges Mountain. The lowers of biking off road will be thrilled by the trails in the Alsace plain or in the Vosges Mountains
In winter, you can enjoy sking and cross country sking. Resorts are only 30 minutes drive from Niedermorschwihr.

In December, you are in the heart of the most beautiful Markets of Christmas of the center Alsace.

Located in the upper part of the village, it is the last house on the right while going towards “ les Trois Epis”. (rue de la Citadelle) Niedermorschwihr is a village of approximately 500 inhabitants it is 5 km away of COLMAR

The lodging was arranged in 2000. It is an old alsacian away joint house dating from the 17 th century, in a country environment located 10 meters from the vineyards, You will enjoy a marvellous view on the vineyards the forest and the “Trois Epis” It offer a closed countyard where you can BBQ in summer time. Private parking for your car

Interior installation

The apartment of a surface of 60 m2, is composed of 3 rooms, a kitchen, a stay, a water room with shower and wash-hand basin, a WC separated, the whole on the same level.

1 living room with color television, including a convertible armchair (5th bead), waschin machine , an iron and an ironing board available in the apartment.

1 kitchen open on the living room with refrigerator, traditional multifunction owen, microwaves, hood, pressure-cooker and complete crockery.

1 bath room with shower with thermostatic tap, wash-hand basin.

1 Separate WC.

1 room 2 people: with 1 bed of 1,40 m X 1.90 m, bedsides, cupboard, armchairs

1 room 2 people with 1 bed of 1,40 m X 1.90 m, armchair.

1 room or small living room with a convertible couch of 1.3 m X 1.90 m, a coffee table, a cupboard and the 2nd television.

The housing is equipped with electric heating by convectors in all the rooms.
